Hausum Marche Chardonnay I.G.P.
DESCRIPTION: From polyclonal Chardonnay grapes grown in accordance with the most natural agronomic criteria, picked exclusively from our vineyard, cultivated in the heart of the river valley Hausum – today’s Aso, where fertile alluvial soils and significant temperature variations around grape maturation times give the wine fragrant and elegant aromatic notes. Ideal as a refined aperitif, perfect with seafood or white meat dishes.
ORIGIN OF THE NAME: This is the name that the ancient romans gave to river Aso
COLOUR: Yellowish with green shades
SMELL: Clean, intense and elegant with notes of exotic fruit recalling lime and grapefruit, fruit with yellow paste and floral hints that refer to wisteria
FLAVOUR: On the palate it is dry, fresh and lively with a refined and persistent aromaticity. The finish is sapid and slightly bitter unmistakable sign of a young wine destined to last a long time.
EVOLUTION: It tends to a more mellow and enveloping mouth with notes that recall dried fruit
