Cuma Red Marche I.G.P.

DESCRIPTION: CUMA is a result of a meticulous selection of fine red grapes growing on our oldest and sunniest vineyard facing a roman sanctuary in Monterinaldo. After long and careful wine-making process in stainless steel vats, the wine keeps on ageing in little oak barrels for at least a year, after which it completes its refining in bottles for another 6 months. It extols its virtues with roasted and grilled meat, game and with matured and medium-matured cheeses.

COLOUR: Intense ruby red with obvious garnet-colored shades

SMELL: Intense and refined with elegant hint of red fruit jam well amalgamated with notes of vanilla, licorice, coffee
