Rosa di Cuma Marche I.G.P.

DESCRIPTION: This wine is the result of a long and careful white vinification of fine red grapes. Due to its natural characteristics it lends itself to be an excellent aperitif and an elegant companion to seafood and white meat dishes.

ORIGIN OF THE NAME: From white vinification process of black grapes and from the area of Archaeological interest in the hamlet of Monterinaldo, “Cuma”, which faces SGALY vineyard.

COLOUR: Feeble rose with garnet-colored shades

SMELL: Clean and refined with strong floreal notes reminiscent of strawberry and red fruit jam

FLAVOUR: Dry, balanced and round with a refined fragrance reminiscent of small red fruits and especially cherry

EVOLUTION: The colour tends to orange, on the nose evolves towards notes of fruit in spirit, on the palate remains very savory and eveloping
